The negligence of the officials in the public hearing in Agra, Uttar Pradesh is not stopping. Despite the instructions of CM, Divisional Commissioner and DM, quality disposal is not being done. On Monday, DM Arvind Mallappa Bangari expressed displeasure over finding 112 cases in the defaulter category in the review. He directed to stop one day’s salary of five officers including CMO, BSA, DSO, DPRO.
Due to negligence in disposal of complaints received on IGRS portal in the month of September, Agra has got 65th rank. To rectify this, the DM had stopped the salaries of 50 officers last week. Despite this the attitude did not improve.
On Monday, again the DM expressed strong displeasure after finding negligence in the review. Instructed to stop one day’s salary of five officers and send a letter to the government to take action against ADO Panchayat Fatehabad, IGRS Nodal Officer ACMO, Supply Inspector.
ADM Protocol Prashant Tiwari, the officer in-charge of the public hearing, told the DM that 112 complaints were not resolved within the stipulated time limit. The DM told all the officers that in cases where the complainants are not satisfied with the disposal, they should be satisfied by calling them to the office. CDO Pratibha Singh, DDO Rakesh Ranjan, CMO Arun Srivastava, DPRO Manish Kumar etc. were present in the meeting.
